On Thursday, August 6, there is a planned outage for our main server room between 7 a.m – Noon ET for scheduled electrical work

During this time-frame, most products and services hosted by the NCSCO will be unavailable, including:

• Data ingest and databases
• Data retrieval (including Cardinal and API) and other web products, including those on products.climate.ncsu.edu
• Gridded data services
• Hosted projects and services, including FireWx (website and data) and Air Quality (website and data)

The following services should be unaffected by this outage:

• NCSCO and ECONet websites
• ECONet Data Ingest
• DOT MPE Website
• NCSCO ID Login System

Please note that some pages may reference a service that will be affected
